Assembly Checklist

Use this checklist for every product page and printed quick-start card.

Before assembly​

  • Match the product page to the exact kit name on the Shopify order.
  • Confirm the target device model, board revision, and region when applicable.
  • Check the package contents against the product page.
  • Prepare tools, lighting, and a clean container for screws.
  • Download firmware, diagrams, or configuration files before opening the device.

During assembly​

  • Take photos before disconnecting cables.
  • Keep ribbon cables straight and avoid forcing connectors.
  • Test the kit before closing the shell.
  • Stop if a connector, board, or bracket does not align naturally.

After assembly​

  • Verify power, display, audio, buttons, ports, and save functions.
  • Record firmware version and configuration details.
  • Keep the order number and product documentation link for support.
